Melissa learned several different methods of meditation in the 1980's, and has continued her daily meditation practice for over 30 years. It has kept her calm during many types of life challenges.

Taking regular meditation time every day - at least once, for even 10 minutes - will change your life. Learning to turn your thinking off, takes time to re-train your brain. If you listen to your breath and feel it go in and out of your nose or throat, continually, and do this every day for 10 minutes, for a month, with no interruptions, you will learn to turn off your thinking.
